With over 20 years of professional experience in pharmaceuticals, construction, shading systems, glass automation, education, and loss adjusting sectors, she has gained strong expertise in sales & marketing management, franchise structuring, business development, and network management. She possesses consulting competencies to build bridges between franchise investors, entrepreneurs, and brands, combined with international business development experience.

Deniz Derelli
Franchise Consultant
Deniz Derelli is an experienced international business consultant with a strong background in sales, marketing, and real estate investment. After beginning his career at Tepe Holding and managing international brand operations for Habitat in Turkey, he transitioned into real estate, connecting Turkish investors with U.S. properties through Lennar International and later serving as Turkey & Middle East Sales Director at BTI Partners in Florida.
Since 2017, Deniz has expanded his focus to guiding investors toward U.S. opportunities, including franchise consulting with Francon, where he supports entrepreneurs seeking to establish businesses and residency in the U.S. He manages client relations and market strategies for Francon in Turkey, ensuring the brand’s strong presence and credibility.
An international member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and holder of the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, Deniz combines global expertise with practical solutions for investors.
